Refund Policy

1. Free Trial

All MeriTeam plans — both Model 1 (Firm/Office) and Model 2 (Labour Contractor) — come with a 14-day free trial. No payment is required during the trial period. You will only be charged if you choose to continue after the trial ends.

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer a full refund if: • You request a refund within 7 days of your first paid subscription payment • The platform was not functional due to a bug or outage on our end for more than 48 continuous hours during your paid period Refunds are not available for: • Partial months (subscriptions are billed in full monthly cycles) • Accounts that violated our Terms of Service • Requests made after 7 days of the payment date

3. How to Request a Refund

Email us at krishnamohannoti@gmail.com with: • Your registered mobile number or email • The payment date and amount • Reason for the refund request We will respond within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings → Subscription page inside your dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing but does not result in a refund for the current billing cycle. Your account remains active until the end of the paid period.

5. Subscription Renewals

Monthly subscriptions renew automatically on the same date each month. Annual subscriptions renew once per year. You will receive an email reminder 7 days before renewal. If you do not wish to renew, cancel from Settings before the renewal date.

6. Payment Disputes

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us within 30 days of the charge at krishnamohannoti@gmail.com. We will investigate and resolve genuine billing errors promptly.
