By registering for or using MeriTeam, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms apply to all users including admins, employees, and labour contractors.
MeriTeam is a team management SaaS platform that provides: • Model 1: Attendance, payroll, tasks, leave, and performance management for firms and offices • Model 2: Daily attendance marking, weekly wage calculation, site and client tracking for labour contractors We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time.
You are responsible for: • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (mobile number + PIN) • All activity that occurs under your account • Ensuring employee data you enter is accurate and compliant with applicable law • Not sharing admin access with unauthorised individuals MeriTeam is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access.
• Model 1 is billed per employee per month. The price depends on the active pricing phase at the time of registration. • Model 2 is billed at a flat monthly rate per contractor account. • A 14-day free trial is provided for new accounts. No payment is charged during the trial. • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
You agree not to: • Use MeriTeam for any unlawful purpose • Enter false employee or payroll data • Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy the platform • Use the platform to harass, defame, or discriminate against employees • Circumvent geo-attendance features to enable proxy attendance
You retain ownership of all data you enter into MeriTeam (employee records, attendance, payroll, etc.). By using the platform you grant MeriTeam a limited licence to store and process this data solely to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your business data.
You may cancel your account at any time from the Settings page. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice. Upon termination, your data is retained for 90 days and then permanently deleted.
MeriTeam is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including data loss, payroll errors arising from incorrect data entry, or downtime.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Andhra Pradesh, India.
